Mangalore, May 1: Senior litterateur Dr.Sara Abubaker released the book ‘Nadabhimana,’ brought out by Karnataka State Road Transportation Corporation’s Kannada Action Committee and edited by Chenne Gowda at Press Club on April 30, Wednesday.
Speaking after releasing the book, she said that Government is taking necessary steps to introduce certain guidelines in relation to education, but its quality can be improved only when those guidelines are implemented systematically.
She also said that today the children so much influenced towards the English language that made them to neglect the need of learning Kannada language completely. Hence it is necessary that every child must be taught to write and read Kannada right from the primary school and work towards reviving this language.
The book Nadabhimana has focused many pro Kannada movements and literary zones, giving the details of all the historical events in a chronological order. The book will provide all the information required by the Kannada lovers and history students, she added.
