Miscreants should be punished: CFI

Mangalore, July 24: Opposing the attack on youth, Campus Front of India staged a protest and blocked the road in front of Taluk Panchayath office.

Addressing the gathering Dakshina Kannda District president Sanavulla said that in recent days communal forces  are causes for rape, assault and rowdy-ism, where it pollutes the peaceful climate of the and strangles the life of the students. ‘In the attack incident of Ekkuru on July 23, migrated students were beaten badly from the miscreants and they were looted. Hence, stringent action need to take against the miscreants and they should be punished, otherwise Campus Front of India will intensify movement’, he said.

‘Miscreants have done murderous attack on students, moreover they have looted the money of students, and hence they are the real terrorists. CFI have registered the name of culprits with police, but no action has been taken yet. Miscreants should be punished and there is no religious prejudice in the Campus Front of India and protest staged as support to the students’, he said. Meanwhile he said that because of the incident, scary status co has occurred and there is need of peaceful environment around the campus.

Campus Front of India general Secretary Imran, Thumbe, State president Iqbal bellare, District Committee member Fayaz and Irshad Bajape were present among others.
