UDUPI: A 20-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a moving train at Kukkikatte, Indrali area, late on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Yogish Shetty, son of Bhaskar Shetty hailing from Nadpalu village in Karkala taluk.
In his complaint filed at Udupi town police station, Bhaskar Shetty said that Yogish was upset after he was denied hostel facility. He was a BCom student at a private evening college in Udupi.
