Mangaluru, July 24: Although the monsoon has started, the residents of Jalligudde, which falls under Mangaluru City Corporation limits are facing severe problems due to water scarcity.

It is said, from the last 20 days there is no water supply in this area.

It is gathered that, as there is no proper water supply from MCC to this area, the residents here are have to collect and use rainwater for their needs. Residents of the area are deprived of their basic facilities like drinking water and proper drainage system.
