MP Nalin charged the MCC engineers for failing to bring the related documents in the meeting and asked them to get the related documents when they attend the next meeting and also set a timetable which would be helpful in carrying out development works.

Railway officials who were present at the meeting, pointed out the problem of leakage in drainage pipeline placed near the railway colony near Wenlock Hospital. Despite repeated complaints to MCC, the problem has not been resolved yet. Even the drinking water problem has remained unaddressed, they complained.

In order to meet the required amount, there is also a plan to collect the same amount of fund from Mangaluru North MLA Mohiuddin Bava and MLC Ivan D’Souza. The remaining amount should be given by the state government, he said.

MLC Ivan D’Souza, Palakkad division DRM Anand Prakash, Konkan Railway RM Bindhu Murlidharan, ADC Sadashiva Prabhu and joint commissioner Gokuldas Nayak were present on the occasion.
