Mangaluru, April 25: Mild quake which was reported from parts of the city around noon on April 25th, which lasted for about 30 seconds
Quake was sensed at the hill road, Bavuta Gudde and light house at around 11.50 am, said Mining and Geology department officials.
Locals said, tremors shook furniture in some offices from where frightened people ran out for safety.
Department of Mining and Geology Deputy Director Ramappa, said, the intensity of the mild tremor is yet to be established.
Quake was felt reportedly at Manipal and Udupi, too.
