Mangaluru, February 3: The Bishop of Mangaluru diocese, Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, has damned the attack on church which took place in Delhi and has urged to take a stringent action against the miscreants.
St Alphonsa’s church in Vasanth Kunj area of South Delhi was vandalised by unknown miscreants on Monday, February 2nd, which is the 5th incident of such kind since December 2014.
Bishop has said, stringent measures should adopted in order to see that such incidents do recur in the future.
Bishop said, it is sad to see that five such incidents happened within 2 months duration. It is a disgrace for God as well as human beings where the holy host was touched. The union and state governments should take actions to stop such incidents which hurt the sentiments of Christians.
