Five days “National Level Ayush Expo” will be organized at Bengaluru.

Mangaluru, January 5:  Minister for Health and Family Welfare UT Khader has informed in a press meet held here on Sunday, January 4th that ‘National level Ayush Expo’ will be organized at Bengaluru this month from January 21st to 25th, in association with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) at Ulsoor.

Khadar speaking addressing the meet informed that the Ayush expo will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Shripad Nayak union minister for Ayush ministry will be invited to the inaugural function.

Various seminars will be conducted during five days, mainly for Ayush students, doctors and for Ayush Industries, said Khadar.

He said, people switch over to Ayurveda at last, after losing all the money in medication, without any satisfactory results. Our view is to make Ayurvedic medicine the first option for healthcare and not the last.

In reply to the query of a reporter, U T Khadar said that he had written to Kagodu Thimmappa, speaker of the assembly, clarifying that he had not provided wrong information to the state assembly concerned to the submission of proposals to finance ministry in regard to the remuneration payable to medical officers. He also revealed that he had done a telephonic conversation with Kagodu Thimmappa clarifying the same and also he had met the Chief Minister to clarify about the matter.

Over 200 stalls with various state and national level Ayush Industries will display their products and services in the expo.
