Mangalore, June 06: The Regional Transport Department has revived the bus fare with immediate effect from June 7, 2014, under following conditions.
– Bus fares cannot be increased without the permission of R.T.O.
– It is strictly ordered to install emergency exit doors in all the passenger carrying buses.
– The fee for bus pass application has been fixed at Rs. 50.
– All conductors should follow computerized ticket system within July 31, 2014.
– Route details should be compulsorily displayed on the left side of all the passenger carrying buses.
