Mangalore, April 25: Kota Srinivas poojary, Muzrai minister along with the supporters of BJP while on his election campaign on behalf of Shree Rajesh Nayak Ulepadi on April 24, Wednesday requested all the residents of the area to cast their votes to BJP candidate Nayak.
Smt.Sulochana G K, state vice president, senior leaders like Dinesh Bhandary among others were present.
At a press meet at the district BJP office, he said that national leaders of the congress have no right to campaign in the state as many ministers of the UPA government are facing corruption charges. Congress leaders like Sonia, Rahul Gandhi and prime minister are not interested in campaigning in the state as they cannot answer the corruption charges against their ministers, he added.
Commenting on Janardhan poojary who had challenged BJP leader L K Advani to file a case against KJP leader Dhananjay Kumar for his statement that Advani took money from former chief minister Yedduyurappa, Srinivas Poojary demanded that Janardhan Poojary revise his statement as he will embarrass his party leader Sonia Gandhi and added that Dhananjay Kumar felt ashamed when Yeddyurappa apologized for the statement, he said.
