Mangalore, Mar 22: A patient was shock to see the dead lizard in the meal provided to him at District Wenlock Hospital on March 21, Friday.
Reportedly, Dinesh from Hassan was admitted to the hospital a month ago for treatment had ordered lunch from the hospital canteen, but unfortunately the rice and curry served to him contained dead lizard, giving him a nauseating reaction.
Dinesh immediately informed the matter to the hospital authorities. The authority said that the hospital had outsourced the food from some other hotel and the same food was eaten by 300 patients at the hospital and no complaints had received so far about any problem.
