Mangalore, Feb 19: BJP District President Pratasimha Nayak said that large number of people gathered in BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s Bharatha Gellisi convention indicates the support of people of people for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking at the press meet held at District BJP office on Feb 19, Wednesday, he said that the participation of over 2 lakh people who took part in the programme from eight Vidhan Sabha constituencies shows that people are in favour of BJP.
He also expressed gratitude to the District administration, Mangalore City Corporation, Police Personnel and members of Namo Brigade members and all party workers for their support in making a rally into a huge success one.
Speaking on the Pattana Panchayat election victory, he said that BJP’s victory in Kadeshivalaya and Mulki Pattana Panchayat election indicates that people are looking forward for BJP’s rule and the credit for the victory goes to Modi.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Sanjay Prabhu, Satish Prabhu, Devdas Shetty and Diwakar Samani were present at the press meet.
