Udupi; Jan 22: After releasing the comprehensive interim report in press conference called by the team on Jan 21,Tuesday in Udupi,’ K.A.Ashok,state secretary of ‘Karnataka Komu Sauhardha Vedhike’s Satya Shodhana Samiti’said in his speech that when we look at present state of affairs of community, keeping in mind the ensuing Loka Sabha election,Sangha Parivar is contemplating to create communal disturbances in mass scale in undivided Dakshina Kannada district and Chickmagalur to gain political mileage. Therefore he warned the government to get awakened and take necessary action in this regard. Before the conclusion of the session, a comprehensive report will be submitted to MLAs and ministers in Coastal region and Malenadu, he said.
Face book’s case: Facebook case, happened recently in Udupi was disgraceful act and legal measure taken by the police against accused Muhammad Yasir, who was convicted on defamation charge, was commendable. But Sangha parivar is taking this as communal issue to increase communal disharmony, he said.
When female student’s relatives, youth and his parents were called in a quest to know the facts, many facts came to light.As soon as the matter about the porn pictures of young student was taken by Yasir, came to light, a group of youths by attacking Yasir, snatched mobile and money from him and was indirectly responsible for uploading the obscene pictures in facebook.Since Yasir’s facebook account was hacked, he did not upload the porn pictures in facebook, he says.
However, he said that he was already having a love with another girl and in order to get distanced from her, the pictures were sent to her.About this matter by conducting fair and impartial investigation, from where, through which computer, first it was published etc to be brought to light. Though parents of the girl have agreed that the girl might have co-operated at her own will, for whatever shown in the picture, they have objected for defaming her by uploading the picture in facebook.
In the complaint lodged by the girl, it was not mentioned about her rape. But Sangha Parivara demanding to register rape case against yasir and behaving like as if they do not have any little bit of concern about her behaviors and standards. To increase the loss on her behavior, many pamphlets have been used, it said.
There is a doubt in the statement of Bajaranga Dal’s prominent leader Sharan Pumpwell in the press conference saying there are few organizations behind in these incidents. It was discovered that there were hand-bills/pamphlets in the hands of Sangha Parivar in this regard.Threfore in this regard, a thorough investigation has to be conducted, he said.
Division of students:- It was observed during fact-finding time, there were no harmony amongst the students and groupism was going on in the name of religion. In some educational institutions lecturers themselves only will be held responsible for these types of incidents by becoming the guardians of Hindustan politics. Some student’s organizations are also supporting this, he said.
Sangha Parivar is organizing terrible attack on livestock’s transporters in 3 districts. Besides, they are in the name of religion making false hatred propaganda against Muslims. In the Manipal medical student’s gang rape case, before the arrest of the accused, BJP and Sangha Parivar were falsely propagating that culprits were Muslims and hence congress will protect them.

Double standard policy by village panchayat for Masjid permission:
K.L.Ashok has alleged that local Kalyanpur village panchayat is following double standard policies in granting permission for Nejar Masjid and in the name of religion, showing casteism and this is against the constitution, he said.
The permission given in 2004 for Nejar Masjid had been withheld in the name of communal unrest. Though high court has given its verdict favoring Masjid, village panchayat is withholding the works of Masjid.At the same time, four worship centers are running in the jurisdiction village panchayat without any license or permission. Also it is understood through information rights that some of them are built in encroached government lands, he said.
