Mangalore, Jan 16: The Paadayatra titled ‘Ammanedege Namma Nade’ will be held from Maravoor to Kateel on January 19, Sunday.
Addressing the press meet held at Press Club on Jan 16, Thursday, organizer Sandeep Shetty said that K.Vasudeva Asranna, Lakshminarayana Asranna, Anantha Padmanbha Asranna trustee of Kateel Durga Parameshwari Temple will flag off the Paadayatra at Maravoor at 2 pm.
Several organizations will take partin the Paadayatra and Bhajans will also be sung in praise of the deity throughout the walk. The walk will commence from Maravoor via Kenjar, Bajpe, Yekkar and conclude at Kateel.
Bhaskar Rai Kukkuvalli, Raghav, Niveditha.N Shetty, Sandeep Shetty, Venugopal Puthran were present at the press meet.
