Mangalore, Jan 16: National Gymnasium, Kulur will conduct the state-level bench press and Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district Power lifting competition on Jan 18 and Jan 19.
Speaking at the press meet held at Press club on Jan 16, Thursday, National Gymnasium president Chethan Kulur, Kulur said that the Gymnasium has given fame to many athletes of the district in the power-lifting category.
He said that the winners in the bench press competition from the state will be qualified to the National level competition to be held in Jammu & Kashmir in the month of February.
Sathish Kumar Kudroli, Tulsidas Kulur, Kamalaksha, Haneef Kulur, V.Krishnamoorthy Rao were present at the press meet.
