Mangalore, Dec 27: Jamiyyatul Falah of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district unit will conclude the silver jubilee celebrations at Town Hall on Dec 29, Sunday at 4.30 p.m.
Addressing the press meet held at Press Club on Dec 27, Friday, Jamiyyatul Falah president Saduddin M Salihi said that Governor of Karnataka Hansraj Bharadwaj will participate as the chief guest at the valedictory ceremony, while Forest Minister B Ramanath Rai, Health Minister U T Khader, Urban Development Minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, MPs Jayaprakash Hegde and Nalin Kumar Kateel, former minister B A Moideen, founder of Jamiyyatul Falah Mohammed Iqbal Yousuf will be the guest of honour.
He also said that as a part of the silver jubilee celebration, the organization will hand over six dialysis machines to Fr Muller Hospital in Mangalore and one to medical institution shortly.
The association will also provide financial assistance to 25 underprivileged students and families in each taluk of two districts.
