Mangalore, Dec. 10: “Mohanabhivandam,’ a felicitation ceremony to Shantala Natya awardee Dance Guru Ullal Mohan Kumar organising by internationally acclaimed 39 dance teachers who received training under him on December 13 at Town Hall” said Chandrashekar Navada, director, Natyanjali Dance Institute.
Addressing the press persons on Tuesday, December 10 Navada said “the programme will also mark the 80 birthday of Mohan Kumar. The students of Mohan Kumar who are now based in different parts of the country will participate in the programme. The main intention of the programme to safeguard ‘Guru-Shishya,’ tradition.”
“Dr.B.M.Hegde will preside. U.T.Khadar, health minister, Captain Ganesh Karnik, MLC will be present among others,”Navada informed.
