Karkala; Dec 04: The road which passes through Udupi taluk’s Perduru Paadigara Kaikamba Khajane and connects to Karkala taluk’s Muniyalu, Khajane-Muniyalu road has completely been damaged, resulting very difficult for travel. In this road due to massive, giant ponds and ditches journey has become strainful and nightmare. The situation has reached to such level that even hired auto rickshaws, rental cars are reluctant to come on emergencies in Khajane road.
Therefore residents of Khajane have submitted a memorandum in Perduru to Vinaya Kumar Sorake, minister for urban development and district in charge for the immediate application of tar in this road.
