He inaugurated the third district conference organized by National Federation of Telecom Employees (BSNL) at Nasik Bangera Hall on Nov 15, Friday
He further said that earlier getting a telephone connection to a house is a matter of reputation and challenge. When Rajiv Gandhi was the prime minister, Sam Pitroda, brought revolution in telephony usage and later the company was privatized and customers got the good service from BSNL.
Harekala Hajanabba and retired BSNL officer M. R. Nagaraj were felicitated in the programme.
