Udupi; Nov 15: The problem of Form 9 and 11 not yet finished. It seems there is no value for government orders. The DC has objected for the simplification of Form 9 and 11.Therefore DC along with district panchayat chief administrator should be transferred immediately.
The government order has to be implemented within a week time, failing which district-wide protest would be staged, warned Bhujanga Shetty, President of revenue department’s problem resolving samiti sanghatane.
In the district conversion of land for sale, purchase and for land transformation ,government’s circular causing a lot of problems resulting stoppage of land registrations, thereby government is losing hundreds of crore.
In this connection, detailed discussions were held in the minister-authorities meeting for the simplification of Form 9 and 11 in Bangalore, It was decided in the meeting that Form 9 and 11 should be issued only by Village Panchayat and accordingly it was approved in the cabinet meeting and order to this effect was passed on 31.10.2013.Though 15 days have been passed since then DC and CEO not ready to implement the same, he said
According to new order of government, land converted prior to 14.06.2013, it is mandatory to give Form 9 and 11 and informed us to send guideline for the land converted after 14.06.2013.As we discussed in Bangalore, in order to remove this restriction, another round of talk will be held with chief minister by Oscar Fernandez, union minister and Jayaprakash Hegde, MP and with district in charge again discussion will be held, he said.
