Udupi; Nov 14: After inaugurating the “60th Akhila Bharata Sahakara Sapthaha and co-operative governance, leadership and improvement” held on Nov 14,Thursday organized under the leadership of Karnataka state co-operative Mahamandal,Ni,Bangalore,Udupi district co-operative union in association with Badagabettu credit co-operative society Limited Udupi in Jagannatha auditorium,Upendra Nayak,president zilla panchayat said in his address that at least for four to five harvesting machines in each Vidhana Sabha constituency co-operative banks should provide loan facilities.
The cost of harvesting machine is minimum of rupees four lac.The small scale investors cannot afford to buy the machines. Today cultivation of paddy also less, he said.
