Udupi; Nov 14: After inaugurating the “S-20 Arivina Osage-Aanandada Besuge”celebration presented by Selco solar light Pvt Ltd and Mahabala Shodha Samsthanam on Nov 14,Thursday in Rajangana Paryaya Sodhe Vadiraja Mutt said in his address that for an individual along with outer brightness, inner effulgence of consciousness is also equally important.
Along with the radiance of knowledge, splendour of light is important. Education, how far it is good, that much only dangerous. Science is like fire. Fire not only gives light but also it burns. In this context people should be made aware about the benefits of solar, he said.
Paryaya Sodhe VishwavallabhaTheertha Swamiji said in his speech that today on what subject, we are supposed to think, we are not, thinking on that. Thinking on subject like superstition, we are spending, wasting our precious times. If we think on project like this, India can develop at faster speed, he said.
Jayaprakash Hegde, MP said in his address that benefits of the solar should be informed to the people. He also assured that he will discuss with chief minister with regard to tax exemption to solar energy. It is being said that since there is cloudy atmosphere in hilly region, usage of solar is less in the region. During monsoon, when the trees fall on the electric pole, the problem will be the same, he said.
