Demanding CBI Probe into Unnatural Death Cases: SFI Protests

Mangalore, Nov.7: Demanding CBI probe into unnatural death cases took place in Dharmasthala in the past 30 years, Student Federation of India (SFI), staged a protest in front of the District Commissioner’s Office on Thursday, November 7.

Jeevanraj Kuttar, secretary of SFI, said, “In the state many organisations, committees staged protest and appeal the government to hand over Sowjanya case to the CBI. But the govt. did not handover the case. But now a single letter changed it all. So that it tells that even the CBI probe into the case may not bring out the truth he added.

He further said that apart from this all unnatural deaths took place in Beltangady in the past 30 years should immediately be handed over to the CBI. Only then the real culprits can be arrest. Until then we will stage a massive protest.  Regarding to this a student rally will be held by SFI  on November 8 he added.

Nithin Kutthar, district president of SFI, B.K. Imtiaz, Salim Malar, Hamza Kinya, Tulsidas, Mayuri and Dhanalakshmi, student leaders, were present.
