Udupi;Nov 05: Addressing the state level NSS camp organized at Moodubelle Pre-degree college on Nov 05,Tuesday,Abhayachandra Jain, minister for youth welfare and sports affairs and fisheries said in his guest of honor speech that in India there is a lack of discipline, anybody can talk anything in our country, whereas in other countries, which is not allowed. The constitutional powers are being misused. The qualities, which are beneficial to others, must be learnt from ‘Bhavykathe’. Students should come to the main stream of nation through NSS and should learn to live as member of the society, he said.
After inaugurating the camp, Vinaya Kumar Sorake, minister for urban development and district in charge said in his address that today we are observing the differences in the society. Mahatma Gandhi was the man, who dreamt that women should come forward to the main stream in the male dominated society. Vivekananda, who engaged himself in’ Sarva Dharma Sahiusnathe’. Today we have to move in the path of Mahatma Gandhi and Vivekananda. Only through camps like this, can be taken to realism. Only when countries youths were being used properly, nation could see the progress, he said.
While speaking Jayaprakash Hegde, MP said in his address that it is of the feeling that as educations are advancing, misunderstanding also being increased. Through NSS by adapting to each other, mind transformation can be seen. Not only in the camp but also it would be beneficial, if the same work is done at home, what has been done here. Along with personality development, it is also needed to have control on Kannada and English language.In this competitive world, during the time of visits, meetings English comes handier, he said.
