Kundapur; Nov 05:  In the jurisdiction of Gangolli village panchayat, local taluk panchayat members and village panchayat president have not been invited by the government for the recent ‘hoe’ pooja (Guddali Pooja) and foundation stone laying programme.Condemning the breach of etiquette, local BJP urged to take action against those who are responsible.

In the recently held hoe pooja (Guddali pooja) of Gangolli church road’s concretization,Juma Masjid concretization and Manganese road’s concretization, taluk panchayat members,Gangolli village panchayat president, vice president and BJP supported members have not been invited.

Being the first man of the village, grama panchayat president and taluk panchayat members should have been invited at least on courtesy ground but failed in their approach. They should have been extended courtesy invitation but government violated that code of discipline. This breach of etiquette is highly condemnable, BJP alleged.

It appears that recently held programmes were only meant for congress leaders. Though congress leaders were invited for the programme, what was the logic behind for not inviting taluk panchayat members and grama panchayat president? Should be clarified. Also residents should be clarified whether these programmes are of government or private? Local BJP pressurized the concerned.
