Udupi: Oct 13: It has been reported in one of the incidents, one engineering student who came along with other students for amusement during holidays, met with watery grave.
Sources said that it was near Kemthur floating bridge at around 02.00 pm in the afternoon this incident was occurred. A team of 10 students, who were studying in Madhwavadiraja engineering college, near Buntakallu came near floating bridge for enjoyment.
Residents who saw the students were enjoying warned them of the danger in that area. Ignoring their warning, three students of the team have become part of the water. Though a man, who was standing nearby, could save two of the students,Sukhananda,aged 20 met with watery grave
