Bantwal, Sept 29: The lorry hit the car when the car driver lost control over the vehicle and overturned on road on Saturday at BC Road, and the women in the car injured hardly and the husband rescued with small injuries.
The car was plying from Kaikamba towards B.C. Road. When a bike suddenly passed in front of the car, the driver lost control over the vehicle resulting the accident.
The injuries were identified as Sanjeeva Shetty and his wife Jayanthi Shetty. Jayanthi Shetty was admitted to the hospital. The case was registered at Bantwala Police Station.
