Mangalore, Sep 26: A two-day real estate exhibition will be held at TMA Pai Convention Hall on September 28, 29, with special rates for apartments on sale, said Pushparaj Rai, CREDAI president, at Hotel Deepa Comforts on September 25.
Addressing media, Jain said, “Recognized builders spread across Dakshina Kannada and premier banks will be setting up stalls at the realty expo for two days. Premier banks leading in housing finance will be there at the expo.”
Jain further said, “Approximately 250 apartments were sold during last year’s expo and this year we are expecting more. Customer will have a chance to win Hyundai i10 car as first prize, Honda Activa as II prize and 32 inch TV as III prize for spot booking of apartments.
The CREDAI realty expo 2013 will be inaugurated by district in-charge minister B Ramanath Rai on September 28 while urban development minister Vinay Kumar Sorake will light the lamp. The other chief guests for the expo are minister for health U T Khadar, fisheries minister Abhaychandra Jain, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA J R Lobo, MLA Mohiuddin Bava, M N Rajendra Kumar, Capt Ganesh Karnik and MLC Monappa Bhandary.
