Puttur, August 20: Photographers are giving contribution to the society in the Dakshna Kannada district along with leading their life and we are achieved 60 percent of the success and every photographer having the responsibility to carry such duty, said South Canara Photographers Association President Vasudeva Rao Udupi.
He was speaking after the inauguration of Puttur region Photographers Association annual meet and received the ‘ Chaya Sourabha Award’, he said that Puttur division has playing a good role in religion, sports and social sector, which is appreciable.
Chief Guest and honorary president of the association Ad Lab’s Ponnappa said that association had spent the earned profit to society and became dearie to the public, he said.
On the occasion for the contribution towards district photographers association and development Vasudeva Rao Udupi had been awarded with’ Chaaya Sourabha’. Meanwhile, journalist Nagaraj N. K and Thimmappa Nelyadi were felicitated.
