Kundapur; July 30: A ‘Padhagrahana’ceremony of interact club, a unit of Thekkatte rotary club was held recently at Belur government High school premises.
T Manjunatha Prabhu, President, Rotary club has presided over the function.
A C Thunga,retired principal,Bhandarkar’s college K M Bhat,Vice governor,Rotary,K R Nayak,commander,Rotary zone,Karunakar Shetty,former president of village panchayat,Belur,Dr Keshava Koteshwar,director,Spoorthidhama and among others were present on the occasion.
Kushala Gowda, Headmaster has welcomed the gathering, Shreedhara Acharya, Rotary Secretary proposed vote of thanks and Sudhakar Shetty, physical training instructor has compered the programme.
Shreesha, 10th standard student has been appointed as interact president and Sowmyashree has been appointed as secretary.
