Mangalore, June 24: It has been announced by Agricultural Scientific department that it will hold fourth year’s jack fruit-2013 fair on June 28 to 29 at Kankanady agricultural scientific Centre.
Zilla panchayat CEO N Vijaya Prakash will inaugurate the fair(Mela),Dr K Shankar, Dean University of fisheries will preside over the function and S D Sampath,president,dakshina Kannada farmers community will inaugurate the exhibition stall.
Zilla Panchayat CEO N Vijaya Kumar said in his address that Dr D Chandrashekar Chowda,P Mohan, Dr Varanashi Krishna Murthy,Yogish,Shakuntala will be participating as chief guests.
Prof.Bhagirathi,HR person and Shree Vaadhre will give elaborate lecture on jack fruits and discussion will be held on the occasion.
