Mangaluru, July 24: B Janardhana Poojary, Senior Congress leader and former union minister addressing a press meet in the city on Friday, July 24th, has hurled a lot of queries at Prime Minster Modi.
Poojary said, “Speak Modi… Why are you keeping quite? “. Instead of taking the resignations from the concerned persons after admitting the charges against the persons who have been charged of Vyapam scam in Madya Pradesh – Shivaraj Singh Chauhan, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundara Raje Sindhya and Central Minister Sushma Swaraj who is alleged to have helped Lalith Modi, why is Prime Minister Modi keeping quiet, queried Janardhan Poojary.
Modi has failed to keep up the assurances given during the time of elections of eradicating corruption. Crores of money is wasted as the central government is incapable of conducting sessions appropriately in the parliament, he said.
Unconstitutional actions against the media:
The government is taking unconstitutional actions against the media. It appears as though the government is ready to declare emergency in the country. It is condemnable that the government is trying to take control over the media, said Poojary.
