Mangaluru, July 22: Sports Talent Award program is organized by the “Kreeda Bharathi Mangaluru division” on July 24th at 11am in Sanghanikethan in the city, informed the Honorary president of Kreeda Bharathi, B Nagaraj Shetty.
In a press meet organized on Tuesday here, Nagaraj Shetty has informed that the Physical Education Teachers’ Association Mangaluru North and South will jointly organizing this program. The state, national and international sport achievers from the primary and high school level will be felicitated in the presence of their parents, he said.
On this occasion, the talents of the taluk will be felicitated. Women’s volley ball team captain of India- Mallika Shetty, Kabadi talent Mamatha Poojary, Saliya Simmith who has achieved in Skating and Handball, Foot ball player Mohammed Deern and others will be felicitated in the presence of their parents by presenting with the “Jeejabai Award” of Kreeda Bharathi. Also, the retired Physical Education Teachers’ who have moulded numerous spots talents and strived for the field of sports will also be felicitated on this occasion, he informed.
Chairman of Kreeda Bharathi K Cahndrashekar Rai, president of Mangaluru North Physical Education Teachers’ Association Dayananda Maada, Sevanthi- president of Mangaluru south association, and Bhojraj Kalladka were present.
