Mangaluru, July 16: Police have arrested three persons after an assault on a customer, the latter is alleged to have misbehaved with a girl at Forum Fizza Mall in the city.
Pertaining to the incident, two cases were registered at Pandeshwar police station.
It is said that the customer who visited a cloth shop in the mall to buy dress, allegedly misbehaved with the girl by touching her. The girl is from Manipur and is employed at a cloth showroom in the mall.
It is gathered that, two men in the mall on learning about this, assaulted the customer.
The accused customer Sarfaraz is from Krishnapur.
The assaulters are identified as Prajwal and Chetan. It is said that these two work for a security agency in the same mall.
Police have arrested the three men. Prajwal and Chetan were released on bail while Sarfaraz was remanded to judicial custody.
