Mangalore, June 21: Koragappa Nayak, Zilla Panchayat President said in his address that one of the main reasons for changing the education system is”Sarva Shikshana Abhiyana”.
Speaking after inaugurating the programme, in “Sarva Shikshana Abhiyana”a special revolution and about the Yakshagana presentation-awareness about the education by Yaksha Degula team,Bangalore at Mulky Rukka Rama Salian,Auditorium organized by Kshetra Prachara Nirdeshanaalaya,Vartha dept,music and drama vibhaga,government of India in co-ordination with public educational institution and Shree Narayana Guru English medium school,Mulky said that through this programme,in government and aided schools a new atmosphere has been created, helped to improve basic facilities, construction of toilets, school wall compound, gardening computer classes and could get aid from the government.
Government has approved many pro-people projects and in this regard awareness is being created amongst the people, it has helped to implement the same. Besides awareness also be created about the contagious diseases and advised the affected people to approach the nearest primary health centre for check up, he added.
