Sullia, June 16: Former chairman of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), N Srinivasan, had arrived at Kukke Subrahmanya temple in the taluk late night on Saturday, June 13th to seek the blessings of the presiding deity.
Srinivasan stayed in a private lodge in the town. On Sunday morning, he performed ‘Sarpa Samskara’, pooja at the temple and sought the blessings of Shree Swami Subramanya. On Monday morning too, after the ‘Sarpa Samskara’, he performed ‘Ashlesha Bali’ at the temple, it is gathered.
It is said that Srinivasan had visited Subrahmanya in the past also and had offered poojas to the Lord Subramanya.
It is gathered that he was here till Monday afternoon. He had kept himself away from the media.
