Mangaluru, May 20: In relation to the sexual assault of a three and half –year-old girl student of Mangalore One School, which had taken place in Chembugudde here, as yet the accused has not been punished under law; the DK District Muslim Associations union will hold protest on May 22nd at 4 pm, in front of the DC office here.
Addressing a press meet here, President of DK District Muslim Associations union K Ashraf said, although the sexual assault on the girl child has been confirmed, the school administration is trying to close the case by giving silly reasons. The school administration instead of consoling the child’s parents is behaving rudely, he said.
Advocate Mohammed Haneef U, H Ismail Shafi Babbukatte, Haneef Haji, Riyaz Farangipet, Hameed Kudroli and others were also present.
