In the past, the documents were handwritten and also there used to be errors. Later the records were computerised. Pilot projects were launched in Tumakuru and Kolar districts, in which a person has to just file the application regarding the corrections in RTC and we will ensure that the corrected RTC reaches the applicant’s address. The applicant need not go to tahsildar or assistant commissioner. Yearly, each district should hold 40 Kandaya Adalats with active participation of village accountants and the DCs.
