Puttur, March 26: The people of the area are anxious and panic stricken post the appearance of writings in the name of ISIS on a stretch which leads to a private college in Nehru Nagar here.
Writings were scribbled on the stretch that is laid with interlocks, leading to the Pilingoor graveyard near the said college. The anonymous writer claims that ‘D K Ravi (IAS) was killed by me. Many cops will be killed in future and you will get good news like this – ISIS’. Using piece of chalk, these sentences were written.
Police said, concerned to this incident, so far no case has been registered. Only a proper investigation would be able to bring out the truth.
