Mangaluru, March 21: The grand annual day celebrations at St Joseph Engineering College, in Vamanjoor, outskirts of Mangaluru was held on Friday, March 20th.
On this occasion, Police commissioner S Murugan and general manager of Corporation Bank C J Pinto honoured the students who excelled in various fields like sports, cultural activities and academics.
Addressing the gathering, Murugan said, keeping updated with the latest technology is a big challenge for us but the students of present generation are well versed with it. None can become a successful engineer unless he/she is a disciplined and systematic individual.
Police commissioner of police S Murugan was felicitated on this occasion.
The guests were welcomed by Fr Ajith Menezes- Director in charge.
Principal Dr Joseph Gonsalvis, Dr Rio D’Souza- Vice-principal, Fr Rohith D’Costa, faculties, students and others were present on this occasion.
