Mangaluru, February 20: Former union minister Veerappa Moily inaugurated the newly constructed concrete road for Kadri Yogishwar Math, along with Mahantarasa Rajayogi Sandhyanath of Kadri Yogishwar Math on Friday February 20th.
Addressing the media after inaugurating the new road Moily said, when a political party rises to power in a state, the party decides on choosing the chief minister. The state government has chosen Siddaramaiah as the chief minister of Karnataka state. Demand for a Dalit chief minister is an unnecessary issue created in the party said former union minister Veerappa Moily.
If Siddaramaiah continues his good work, once again he may be chosen as the CM in the next elections, said Moily.
Conversing on the oil prices, Moily said, consumers must benefit from the reduction in the oil prices. He expressed that the fuel prices could be reduced, in case a better subsidy compared to the present was provided. He pointed out that the previous UPA government by providing more subsidies had reduced the oil prices when the prices of crude oil had rised in the international market.
