Mangaluru, February 3: During the All India Kannada Sahitya Sammelana organized from January 31st to February 3rd in Shravanabelagola near Hassan; the achiever of Dubai, Prakash Rao Payyar was felicitated on the valedictory ceremony.
Prakash Payyaar who works at Dubai was recognized for his social and literature works, on the basis of foreign resident kannadiga achiever.
Nallur Prasad, former chairman of Kannda Sahitya Parishat along with other dignitaries on the dais felicitated Payyar.
