Mangaluru, January 29: Minister for Health and Family Welfare U.T Khader, will be felicitated with ‘B.G Banakar Endowment Award’ by Kannada Sahitya Parishat.
He had raised about 605 questions in the Legislative Assembly for which the award is presented. The award is given to the legislator who poses the highest number of questions in the Legislative Assembly.
The award consists of Rs 10,000 and a citation.
Award will be presented to Minister Khader during the 81st All India Kannada Sahitya Sammelan scheduled on February 2nd, stated the media release.
