MANGALORE: A case of broad daylight robbery has been reported in the city on May 16,Thursday and valuables amounting to Rs 2.67 lakh were stolen.
Police said the inmate of the house Mamatha Prabhu near City Hospital, Kadri had gone out to attend a funeral on Thursday afternoon. By the time she came back, this burglary had taken place. The stolen valuables included 12 sovereigns of gold, Rs 20,000 in cash. Kadri police station is investigating the case.
