JDS insists to establish 20 ‘Aadhaar’ centres in the district.

Mangalore, October 28: Aadhar card is mandatory to avail the government benefits. Since only two Aadhar centres are stalled in the district, the citizens are facing uneasiness. To sort out this problem, a delegation led by the president of the JDS party, B Mohammad Kunhi Vitla handed over a requisition to the deputy commissioner of DK district insisting to install at least 20 Aadhar centres.

In the request it has been mentioned to install centres at Suratkal, Mulki, Thokkottu, Moodbidri, Gurupura, kaikamba, Bajpe, Belthangady, Puttur, Bantwal, Sullia, Vittal, Uppinangadi and BC road in order to avoid inconvenience to the citizens.

State convenor of the JDS minority department Iqbal Ahmed Mulki, DK minority wing president S Mohammad Shafi, the General Secretary of the Minority wing P H M Rafik Katipalla, office bearers J Mohammad, Nasir Bunder, Shalih Harekala, Aziz kuppepadavu, Aziz Malar, Munir Mukaccheri, J Hussain Jokatte, Corporator Abdul Aziz Kudroli, and Ramizha Nasir were present.
