Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah has arrived at Mangalore today to participate in various programmes

Mangalore, September 27:  The Chief Minister of Karnataka Mr Siddaramaiah has arrived at the Mangalore International Airport at Bajpe On Saturday, September 27th at 8.55 a.m. He was warmly welcomed by minister Ramanath Rai, MLC Ivon D’Souza, Moideen Bava, UT Khader,the staff of MIA, Mayor Mahabala Marla, media representatives and the Police force.

He had inaugurated the renovated ‘Gurupeetha’ in the Temple of Sri kulamahastri Amma in Bennekudru at Brahmavar at 10am today. During this occasion, various ministers, many leaders state, MLA’s, local elected members of the district were present.

Responding to the media he said, it will be ensured that the project of deviating the Nethravathi river will not effect on the citizens of the coastal area. A meeting will be chaired and discussed along with the representative of the area, representatives of various organisations and environmentalists and later decisions will be taken to implement the project.

He also added that, moral policing will not be provided rooms and will not be tolerated in the state. The police department has been instructed to take proper actions against this. Even now, such incidents are observed, and strict measures will be taken so that this kind of incidents does not recur.

Concerned to the ”Made Snana” observations followed at Shree Kukke Subramanya Temple, he has suggested the public to act according to the court’s judgement and such observations are undesirable, he said.

Chief Minister has revealed that, in relation to the Court’s decree on the TamilNadu Chief-Minister Jayalalitha’s case, security is tightened at various areas in Bangalore. He has denied responding about the judgement of the court against the illegal-property of the TamilNadu Chief-Minister Jayalalitha.
