Dubai Sep 21: UAE’s one of the leading firm owned by Mr.Harish Sherigar “Acme Building Materials”, grandly celebrated their 15th anniversary in Crown Plaza Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. UAEs’ respective peoples, business men & well-wishers witnessed this function and appreciated the activities of Mr. Harish Sherigar Managing Director of ACME building materials & the Prisident of Devadiga Sangha for his supporting hands to the poor people on their education. They wholly applauded for his achievement even.
Honorable guests, by lightening the lamp inaugurated the function and by cutting the cake they celebrated the birthday of Mr. Harish Sherigar.
Meanwhile the event was graced by entrepreneur Mr. Hasan Darvish, Vijay Nehalani, Sudhir Kumar Shetty, Astrologer Mr. Ashok Purohit, Sanath Shetty, Dharmapal Devadiga, Sarvotham Shetty, Sharmila sherigar wife of Harish Sherigar , daughter Akshata Sherigar, son Anshul, brother Dinesh Sherigar. Mr. Sunil Dutt Pai,from Mangalore,a dear friend and college mate of Mr. Harish Sherigar shared his friendly memories, where as Mr. Vamana Maraoli President of Devadiga Sangha Mangalore, described about the interest of Harish Sherigar in social development of the community and his social concern.
Mr. Rajgopal & team performed the orchestra, Arabic belly dance, Songs from famous singers Sinchan Dexit, Ravi Mururu, Ranjan Das, Akshatha Rao, Melvin D’Souza, Joshal and Harish Sherigar with their melodies voice entertain the viewers. Miss Madhu & Anil compare the show.
His path towards Success:
In the year 1999, Harish sherigar with his innovative sharp business acumen, focused vision, professionalism and experienced vocation in the same meadow he started his own business, named ACME Building Materials Trading. LLC, Which is now a well-known market listed comprehensive company in Dubai with a branch in Ral Al Kaimah & Sultanate of Oman. He has been instrumental in taking this organization to its present level of growth in an amazing short span of time. He also owns a Real Estate firm named Harsha Residency in his home town.
Mr.Sherigar is an active philanthropist funding numerous humanitarian projects and charities as well as being personally involved in them.
His larger than life persona continues to win hearts all over Dubai by organizing a charity show called Dhoom Dhamaka. But since long he was giving support to poor students and peoples who were not able to bare their medical expenses. First Dhoom Dhamaka was held during 2011, the main motive behind it was to help the underprivileged and destitue, back Home in India. The revenue from the show was contributed to charity institutions ; Saanidya School for special need and Mangala Education trust. His contribution towards charity was never restricted to any one region or community. Recognizing his service to the society Karnataka Sangha Sharjah, awarded him the prestigious Mayura Prashasty in the year 2012.
Also his strong desire contribute His contribution was not only limited to back home India, to extend his helping hand to U.A.E’s disabled people he conducted one more charity show during 2013 and the proceedings contributed to Rashid Pediatric Therapy Centre, Dubai. By recognizing his service various departments of Dubai Government as given token of appreciation. They are Rashid Pediatric Centre, Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce so on.
The list of his contributions towards Individuals, Organizations, Cultural Institutions, Ashrams, orphanages are endless.
Today Acme Building Materials emerged as one of the fastest growing company in the competitive field. The company has a customer network throughout the globe. In this 15th year company is shifting towards own building which is newly constructed in Ras Al Khoor Indiustrial area, Al Aweer.
He also stepped into the field of media during 2013 called “Acme Vision” namely a leading news website “KannadigaWorld.com” a Kannada-English news provider and shown his achievement in media sector. It created a record of sort as fastest growing news website by registering record LIKES in Facebook in a short duration. The FB Likes has crossed 145,000 & its running high day by day.
In fact every activity, cultural or social in his native place or even in the Gulf region where he has his business establishments, he has shown his benevolence which clearly underlines his human nature and his steadfastness to stay attuned to his cultural moors.
