Mangaluru, October 20: A bus mowed a man to death at Kankanady here on Tuesday October 20th.
The deceased is identified as Balakrishna (55) resident of Vamanjoor. He was working in ICICI bank at Valencia branch in the city.
It is gathered that from Valencia, Balakrishna had been to ICICI bank in Ganapathi High School road in the city to handover cash and documents. While returning back to the bank, he got down from the bus near Father Muller’s Hospital in Kankanady and was walking towards the bank. Meanwhile, another bus ran over him, it is learnt.
The bus was plying towards Valencia.
Pandeshwar police have visited the spot and registered a case.
Balakrishna is survived by his wife and two daughters.
