Ambareesh finds no time to visit his district

Mandya, May 22: While the minsters elected from the neighbouring districts are making visits to Mandya, enroute to Mysore, M H Ambareesh, who has been elected from Mandya had not visited the district even after being announced as the minister for Housing.

Siddaramaiah, who has been elected from Mysore district and has been adorning the seat of power, Revenue Minister V Sreenivas Prasad and Cooperative Minister H S Mahadeva Prasad had visited Mandya and also had discussions with the party workers and officials of various departments. But, Ambareesh, who has been elected from Mandya and has been inducted as the Minister of Housing had not visited the district.

With water depleting in Krishnarajasagar reservoir (KRS), various parts of the State including Mandya is facing acute shortage of drinking water. A chief minister-level meeting was held to find a solution to the problem recently. The Minister, who has to hold an official meeting over the issue has not found time to visit the district till date.
