Ullal, September 10: Due to the storm, a boat turned turtle in River Netravati at Amblamogaru in Ullal on Wednesday, September 10th and two men have gone missing.
The missing are identified as Cyril Jochim(60) and Bhima(25) hailing from Haveri. The other person Ganesh has swam safely to the coast.
It is gathered that, on Wednesday morning three started on from Basthikatte with an intention to collect stones for road repair work from an island close by.On their way back, stuck by the storm, their boat had turned upside down. Awaiting for more information.
